Bambam Studio is a second-hand clothing business based in South Australia. Our goal as a brand is to bring you unique, affordable, and sustainably sourced fashion.
Every item we sell is one of a kind piece, meaning, once it’s gone, it’s gone!
2. PRODUCTS
All our pieces have lived a little life before landing with you, which is what makes them so special. Because of this, we ask you to please note that signs of previous wear, age, or minor imperfections are common and considered part of each item’s character.
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every piece, but colours and textures may vary slightly.
3. PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to change prices or update information at any time without notice.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Your order is confirmed once full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once this has been processed.
We accept payment through PayPal, Credit/Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard) & ApplePay.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase for any reason, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Bambam Studio is not responsible for postal delays or lost parcels once handed over to the courier.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. we can’t guarantee changes after dispatch.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
As all items are second-hand and one-off, all sales are final.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We only accept returns for items that are faulty or not as described, and requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

All pieces sold by Bambam Studio are one-off, second-hand, or vintage items. Slight variations, small marks, or minor wear are to be expected.
We inspect each item carefully before listing and aim to show its condition clearly in photos.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a second-hand item that may not be in perfect or new condition.
